株式会社ヒトクセ（以下「当社」といいます。）は、AI アシスタント（Claude など）から Google 広告のデータを参照するための接続サービス「Hitokuse MCP」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
◆取得する情報
本サービスは、利用者が Google アカウントでログインし、同意画面で許可した場合に限り、次の情報を取得します。
- Google アカウントの基本情報（メールアドレス、氏名、プロフィール画像、Google Workspace のドメイン）：利用者の本人確認と、当社が許可した組織の利用者であることの確認に使用します。
- Google 広告 API の利用権限（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords）：利用者の依頼に応じて、利用者自身が権限を持つ Google 広告のアカウント・キャンペーン・広告・配信実績などのデータを参照するために使用します。本サービスは参照のみを行い、広告アカウントの設定の変更・作成・削除は行いません。
◆利用目的
取得した情報は、本サービスの提供（ログイン、利用者が依頼したデータの取得と AI アシスタントへの受け渡し）、不正利用の防止、障害の調査、お問い合わせへの対応の目的にのみ使用します。広告配信、マーケティング、利用者の信用力の判断、データの販売には使用しません。
◆Google 広告データの取扱い
Google 広告 API から取得したデータは、利用者の依頼に応じて利用者が使用する AI アシスタントへ受け渡すためにのみ処理し、当社のサーバーには保存しません。当社の従業員がこのデータを閲覧することはありません（利用者の同意がある場合、セキュリティ上の調査に必要な場合、法令に基づく場合を除きます）。取得したデータを AI モデルの学習（汎用的なモデルの開発・改善）に使用することはありません。
◆保存する情報と保存期間
- Google から発行される認証情報（アクセストークン・リフレッシュトークン）：暗号化して当社のサーバー（Google Cloud、東京リージョン）に保存します。利用がなくなった場合は最長1年で自動的に削除します。
- 利用記録（利用者のメールアドレス、使用した機能、対象の広告アカウント ID とデータの種類、日時、成否）：不正利用の防止と障害対応のため30日間保存します。キャンペーン名や配信実績など、Google 広告のデータの内容は記録しません。
◆第三者提供
取得した情報は、利用者の依頼に応じて利用者が使用する AI アシスタントの提供者へ送信する場合（当該 AI アシスタントでの取扱いは、その提供者の規約と利用者との契約に従います）、および法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。
◆Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーへの準拠
本サービスによる Google API から受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、Limited Use（使用の制限）の要件を含む Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーに準拠します。
◆アクセスの取り消しと削除の依頼
利用者は、Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」から、いつでも本サービスへのアクセス許可を取り消すことができます。保存されている認証情報や利用記録の削除を希望する場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、30日以内に削除します。アクセス許可を取り消した場合、保存されている認証情報は以後使用できなくなり、上記の保存期間の満了をもって削除されます（それより前の削除をご希望の場合もご連絡ください）。
◆安全管理
通信の暗号化（HTTPS）、認証情報の暗号化保存、当社が許可した組織・利用者に限定したアクセス制御など、情報の漏えい・改ざん・不正利用を防ぐための措置を講じます。

Hitokuse MCP Privacy Policy (English)
This is an English translation of the Hitokuse MCP Privacy Policy above, provided for reference. Hitokuse Inc. ("we", "us") sets out below how user information is handled in "Hitokuse MCP" (the "Service"), a connector that lets users look up their Google Ads data from an AI assistant such as Claude.
◆Information we collect
Only after the user signs in with a Google account and grants permission on the consent screen, the Service accesses: (1) basic Google account information (email address, name, profile picture and Google Workspace domain), used to identify the user and to confirm that the user belongs to an organization we have allowed; and (2) Google Ads API access (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), used solely to read, at the user's request, Google Ads accounts, campaigns, ads and performance data that the user already has permission to access. The Service is read-only and never creates, modifies or deletes anything in Google Ads.
◆How we use it
The information is used only to provide the Service (sign-in, retrieving the data the user asked for and passing it to the user's AI assistant), to prevent abuse, to investigate failures and to respond to inquiries. It is never used for advertising, marketing, credit decisions or sale of data.
◆Handling of Google Ads data
Data obtained from the Google Ads API is processed only to pass it to the AI assistant the user is using, at the user's request, and is not stored on our servers. Our staff do not view this data except with the user's consent, where needed for a security investigation, or where required by law. We do not use this data to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.
◆Data we store and retention periods
(1) Google OAuth credentials (access token and refresh token): stored encrypted on our servers (Google Cloud, Tokyo region) and deleted automatically after at most one year without use. (2) Usage records (user's email address, feature used, Google Ads account ID and type of data requested, timestamp and success/failure): kept for 30 days for abuse prevention and troubleshooting. The content of Google Ads data, such as campaign names or performance figures, is never logged.
◆Sharing with third parties
We do not share the information with third parties, except when sending it to the provider of the AI assistant the user is using, at the user's request (handling by that assistant is governed by that provider's terms and the user's agreement with it), or where required by law.
◆Compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy
Hitokuse MCP's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
◆Revoking access and requesting deletion
Users can revoke the Service's access at any time from "Third-party apps & services" in their Google account. Once access is revoked, the stored credentials can no longer be used and are deleted when the retention period above ends. To have stored credentials or usage records deleted earlier, contact us at the address below; after verifying the requester's identity, we delete them within 30 days.
◆Security
We protect the information against leakage, tampering and misuse through measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage of credentials, and access control limited to organizations and users we have allowed.

Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page.
